Toronto Premiere<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vincent, a jovial but unlucky singer-songwriter, is galvanized to learn that he will finally be going on tour with his band. Then the diagnosis comes: stage 4 tongue cancer! Grueling treatments begin and affect his autonomy to the point that he is forced to accept the services of Ren\u00e9e, an easily distracted, verbose volunteer driver, and Mike, a rigid, overworked home nurse.
