This Year’s Releases<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A Traveler’s Needs (Hong Sang-soo) – 2024 | Streaming exclusively on MUBI on April 11<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Drinking makgeolli (Korean rice wine) to comfort herself, a French woman, who finds herself without money or means to support herself, becomes a French teacher for two Korean women. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Traveler\u2019s Needs<\/em> had its world premiere at the 74th Berlin International Film Festival, where it won the Silver Bear Grand Jury Prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grand Tour (Miguel Gomes) – 2024 | Streaming exclusively on MUBI from April 18<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

1917, colonial Burma. Edward, a civil servant for the British Empire, jilts his lovestruck fianc\u00e9e Molly the day she arrives to be married. As he escapes into an unexpected odyssey across Asia, she quickly follows suit. Grand Tour is directed by Miguel Gomes, the award-winning director of Tabu and Arabian Nights. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grand Tour<\/em> earned Gomes the Best Director prize at the 77th Cannes Film Festival, and was Portugal\u2019s Best International Feature entry to the 97th Academy Awards\u00ae. Grand Tour<\/em> will be playing in theaters across Canada starting March 28, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tendaberry (Haley Elizabeth Anderson) – 2024 | Streaming exclusively on MUBI on April 25<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Tram (Michaela Pavl\u00e1tov\u00e1) – 2012 | Streaming April 11<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The humdrum daily routine of a tram conductress is jolted when the vibrations and rhythm of the road turn her on and take her on an erotic and surrealistic fantasy journey. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
